Whether you are stepping onto the mat for the first time or wish to deepen your practice – during our Mountain Yoga Weeks, renowned guest teachers guide you through varied yoga styles and inspiring retreats.

 

Yoga is part of the weekly programme at Hotel Hochschober all year round. Our yoga teacher Tincy Thomas regularly leads mindful sessions for greater flexibility, calm and inner balance. You may already know her from our Kristall-Spa, where she treats guests with soothing Ayurveda massages. With her calm and warm-hearted manner, she creates space to arrive, breathe deeply and feel good.
