Day after day, the Pisten Butler can be found in the ski area near the family-friendly hotel in Austria at Lake Turrach. He makes stops regularly, for example, at the valley or mountain stations. There, he provides insider tips on the best slopes and supplies skiers with various treats. Would you like a tissue? A drink? Or even an ice cream? Along with the Turracher Höhe mountain railways, the Pisten Butler makes sure that all skiers are happy. The services of the ski area include lounge chairs at the mountain stations for enjoyable breaks.

In the mornings, the hotel bus FE-LIX takes the kids to the ski school. Youngsters who prefer to stay indoors can play and craft under excellent supervision in the Kindervilla. Tobogganing fun

Several toboggan runs are situated near our family-friendly hotel in Austria on the Turracher Höhe. In various lengths, you'll find the World Cup Poldl track, the Falkertweg, or the Wöllaner Nock. Night sledding is on the agenda twice a week.
