When the autumn school holidays begin in Germany, Turracher Höhe shows its most colourful side: golden light, crisp mountain air and colourful forests surrounding Lake Turrach. From 3 October to 8 November 2026, many German federal states have their autumn school holidays – perfect for spending some relaxing autumn days together at the Hochschober.

And there are some special highlights to make your time out even more enjoyable:

• Autumn Bonus 2026 (13 September–15 November 2026): Stay three nights or more and enjoy a 5% discount. All weekends and the Austrian autumn school holidays from 23 October to 2 November 2026 are excluded. Cannot be combined with other offers.
• The Longevity Class with Amiena Zylla (11–16 October 2026): Inspiring yoga sessions invite you to breathe deeply, recharge and consciously reconnect – as part of our Yoga in the Mountains weeks and included in your stay at no extra charge.
• haki® week with Harald Kitz (19–23 October 2026): The creator of the haki® method personally introduces you to his approach. Gentle body and breathing exercises, as well as a silent hike and a night hike, provide soothing impulses for body and mind.
• Find your Winter Flow with Alexandra Stadler (1–6 November 2026): Yoga, meditation, breathing exercises and flowing movements help you ease into the quieter season – also included in your stay at no extra charge.

This is how the autumn holidays become a relaxing family adventure – with plenty of time together and just as much space for individual interests. While children enjoy varied days at the Kindervilla, adults can make time for wellness, exercise or simply doing nothing at all.

Good to know: During the Austrian school holidays, the Kindervilla is open daily from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm and from 4.00 pm to 8.00 pm. Outside the Austrian school holidays, children are lovingly looked after six days a week during these hours. Wednesday is family day – dedicated entirely to enjoying time and experiences together.
