This week, gentle yoga practice, breathing exercises, meditation and sound journeys combine to form a harmonious whole, giving you valuable time for self-care and inner balance.

Gentle Hatha and Yin Yoga move the body mindfully and release deep tension. Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, focuses on deep regeneration – you gently follow the voice and simply allow yourself to rest. A soothing sound bath supports meditative states and harmonises body, mind and soul.

This retreat invites you to slow down, let go and reconnect with yourself – for new peace, clarity and lasting relaxation.

Yin & Vinyasa Yoga

Yoga and Zazen Week
September 27th to October 2nd, 2026

During Zazen, we enter the conscious silence of Zen meditation and focus on a simple, time-honoured method for calming and clarifying the mind.

Soul Motion Retreat

The retreat focuses on mindful alignment in yoga practice, a deep connection to the breath as our most important resource, and an individual approach to intensity and intention.

Through Vinyasa Yoga with both gentle and dynamic flows, participants build strength, flexibility and balance. Short meditations, breathing exercises and accompanying sounds support the practice. The retreat is understood as a process of experience, inviting participants to expand their possibilities and discover a more authentic connection with themselves.
