Interior Finishing and Detailed Work

The drywall teams are making excellent progress both in the main building and within the wellness extension. The distinctive wave-shaped feature is currently being finished, while the façade has already been rendered and is looking very harmonious. At the same time, additional wall tiles have been installed, and work has also begun on the pathway near the Chinese Tower.

Sauna, Staircase and Relaxation Room

Significant progress is visible in the sauna area: The wall cladding has been fully installed, decorative wooden slats are being mounted on the ceiling, and the sauna is nearing completion. The relaxation room is also taking shape, with the rear wall already being clad. The staircase has been installed, while the restrooms and showers are currently being completed.

Sun Deck and Outdoor Area

Work is also progressing rapidly outdoors. The staircase leading from the lakeshore up to the sun deck has been completed, with only the handrail still to be installed. Preparations for the sun deck foundation are underway, and all the soil has already been brought in and distributed across the roof area. This will allow the next step: laying the roll-out lawn.

Technology and Final Details

Electrical work continues across the entire property, including the Alpine Beach, guest rooms and the wellness extension. Important finishing details are also being completed: the fire protection door is being installed, the door within the glass façade has already been fitted, and the protective wall on the platform is now halfway completed.

Conclusion of the Week: Anticipation Is Growing

Week 8 clearly shows that the new wellness extension is taking on more and more of its final character. Many areas already look beautiful and offer a glimpse of how special this new lakeside retreat will become. Step by step, a new place of warmth, relaxation and memorable summer moments is emerging in the Hochschober.
