At Hochschober, training also means looking beyond your own horizon. For the second time already, we had the opportunity to gain valuable new inspiration through an exchange program with Restaurant &flora at Vienna’s Hotel Gilbert. This time, our apprentice Sina took part. She is currently training with us as a specialist in vegetarian cuisine and spent three exciting weeks in Vienna.

Together with Creative Head Chef Parvin Razavi and head chef Rainer Maria Mach, she immersed herself in the world of vegan and vegetarian cooking. She was especially impressed by the open show kitchen, the appreciative team spirit and the dynamic atmosphere of a city restaurant.

Sina returned with plenty of fresh culinary inspiration – from creative vegetarian dishes and wild herbs to delicate oriental flavours and exciting new combinations.

A heartfelt thank you to Hotel Gilbert and the entire team for this wonderful opportunity, the inspiring exchange and the warm welcome.
