Achieve balance through yoga
One special advantage of a yoga holiday at the Hochschober are the practise spots. You either practise in the pleasantly quiet Chinese tower or in the open air on the yoga platform by the Grünsee. The groups are small in order to leave time for individual support.
Why yoga? The exercises boost flexibility and strengthen muscles and joints. They train perception, attention and concentration on the here and now. That helps you to find peace and relaxation. The ideal holiday activity!
Five to six Yoga on the Mountain weeks are offered in June/July and in November/December. Every week is dedicated to a different yoga style. Up to three sessions take place every day (except Sundays). Take part! In fascia yoga, yoga and physiotherapy, and at the Kundalini Yoga retreat.
You can perfectly combine your yoga week or your yoga getaway in Austria’s mountains with spa sessions. You will have enough time for your own plans between the sessions. Participation is included in the arrangement price. The vegan and regionally inspired cuisine ensures additional well-being.

The Chinese tower is a particularly beautiful place for practicing yoga. The view of the Turracher See is both refreshing and relaxing.
