Top Employer 2026 | Hotel Hochschober

Passion, creativity and genuine team spirit were felt everywhere at the Rolling Pin Convention in Graz. Once again, the event showed how much energy there is in the hotel and gastronomy industry – and how many people work with enthusiasm every day to create unforgettable experiences.

We are all the more delighted that the Hochschober was honoured as a Top Employer 2026 as part of the Convention.

The award is based on an independent audit with clearly defined criteria. Among other things, working hours, duty roster planning, further training opportunities, benefits and employee satisfaction were assessed. Of more than 300 participating businesses, only 30 companies met over 80 percent of the criteria – making them among the top employers in the industry.

For us, this award is far more than a title. It confirms the path we have been consistently following for many years: creating a working environment in which people can grow, feel appreciated and gladly take on responsibility.
