Our sauna days at Hochschober are much more than a wellness program – they are an invitation to fully arrive in the present moment.

Together with sauna master Alen Pikon, sauna bathing becomes an experience for all the senses. With great sensitivity, experience and a refined sense of staging, he transforms every infusion into a small ritual.

Sauna rituals from around the world

During the sauna days, you can look forward to a varied program – from morning to evening.
Guided infusions take place several times a day, bringing body and mind into balance.

Look forward to:

• up to four sauna rituals per day
• atmospheric stagings with aromas, music and technique
• infusions in the panoramic sauna
• special evening moments – such as atmospheric candlelight infusions

The interplay of heat and cold stimulates circulation, strengthens the immune system and provides new energy – an effect you can feel with every breath.

The perfect setting: sauna world with lake view

The setting for these special days could hardly be more impressive: our saunas are located directly by Lake Turracher See – with unobstructed views of water, forests and mountains.

You can choose from:

• panoramic sauna with mountain and lake views
• lake saunas with direct outdoor access
• bio sauna and steam baths
• infrared heat and hammam experiences

After your sauna session, perhaps the most refreshing highlight awaits: a dip in Lake Turracher See – in winter, at around 2°C, a truly invigorating experience.

What makes these sauna days so special is the signature of Alen Pikon.
His infusions are far more than heat – they are finely tuned compositions of:

From June 2026, you can look forward to:

• a new event sauna directly by the lake (approx. 70 m²)
• even more space for infusion rituals and special experiences
• spacious relaxation areas with lake views
• a newly designed lakeside lawn
