Room reservation
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the reservation of certain rooms or floors.

Arrive early
Take advantage of our offer and arrive for breakfast (until 11.00 a.m.). Your room will be available from 15.00. In the meantime, you are welcome to take advantage of our wellness area and crystal spa and enjoy the lunchtime snack.

Stay long
On the day of departure we invite you to use all the facilities until the evening. We ask you to vacate your room by 11.00 am. We deposit your luggage in the depot. You can get the key for the changing rooms in the wellness area at the reception. You are also welcome for lunch.

Cancellation terms
In case of late arrival or early departure, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006 apply. In case of late arrival or early departure, we charge the full room rate.

Parking
A free parking lot is available in front of the hotel for our guests. For a parking space in our collective garage we charge € 10,- per night (limited number of parking spaces). For Ihe E-Mobil there are 4 charging stations.

Mobile phones
Mobile phones are not allowed in the public areas of the hotel.

Pets
Dogs are welcome by appointment. Without food supply: per dog/night € 18,- ; one final cleaning € 25,-.

Well equipped
All rooms have SAT flat screen TV with radio, telephone, room safe, thermos flask, umbrella, sewing kit, hot water bottle, scales, hair dryer, honey care products, bathrobe and bath bag, free WLAN. Also in the new parent house rooms and suites: Docking stations for mobile terminals, noiseless Zirbenlüfter.

Prices
The prices are in Euro per person and day. In addition, there is the local and overnight tax of € 1,50 per person and day from the age of 17. You can also download our price list as a PDF file.
