Female power in a male-dominated field – Anita Fauland on technology, responsibility and team spirit

Anita Fauland is now part of the Hotel Hochschober team for the third time. Her story began more than 30 years ago in the restaurant, continued through reception and management roles, and has now brought her into a completely new field: technical organisation and facility management at the Hochschober, 1,800 metres above sea level. In conversation with Martin Klein, she talks about her journey through the hotel industry, 20 years away from the hotel and why she eventually decided to return.
