What brought Hermann Gumpoltsberger to Hotel Hochschober almost three decades ago, and what continues to impress him to this day?

In the third episode, Julia Leeb talks to one of the hotel’s longest-serving and most versatile employees. Hermann Gumpoltsberger has worked in service and at the bar, served as restaurant manager and headed the reception team. He is currently preparing for his next role as Head of Accounting and Controlling.
