During the sessions, we practice a free style of Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, and QiGong, bringing the body into tension and stretching, into calmness and lightness. During Zazen, we enter the conscious silence of Zen meditation and focus on a simple, traditional method to clarify the mind.

The program for this week includes exercises for a healthy body perception, dynamic flowing movements, along with meditations, affirmations, and breathing exercises (Pranayama). Music sets the mood for individual sessions.
