Carinthia is considered one of Austria’s carnival strongholds – a place where people celebrate, laugh and dress up. The stage is set on Turracher Höhe too: on 8 February, the Hochschober invites you to its traditional Rose Monday Ball.

Under the motto “Retro Après-Ski”, the evening becomes a charming journey back in time. Look forward to iconic outfits, lively music and plenty of après-ski fun with a wink. Whether it is a vintage ski suit, statement sunglasses or a glamorous retro look – anything goes, as long as it is fun.

Carnival in the snow has its very own charm: during the day, you may encounter cheerful skiers in costume on the slopes, while the celebrations continue in the evening. A winter experience filled with nostalgia, joie de vivre and genuine après-ski flair.
