Yoga on the mountain weeks 2024
Yoga is ideal if you want to increase your flexibility. Yoga also teaches inner peace and a more conscious level of perception and is part of the Hotel Hochschober programme all year with lessons taking place during the Yoga on the Mountain weeks in summer, autumn and winter. Sessions take place in the Waldvilla, Chinese tower or outdoors, for instance the yoga platform at Grünsee – just like in India, where yoga is almost exclusively practised outside.
Practice yoga three times a day for a full week. You will quickly feel the progress you are making as your flexibility improves. You will strengthen your muscles, balance body and mind. Make your choice: every week features a new style of yoga.
PARTICIPATION IN THE YOGA WEEK IS POSSIBLE FROM FIVE NIGHTS!
For bookings of less than 5 nights, you are welcome to participate in our yoga units as part of the weekly program by prior arrangement (maximum participants per unit are also 16 people).
