How do I stay mobile into old age? How can you carry out everyday movements with ease while varying your movement repertoire? This workshop presents many suggestions that shed light on the interaction between movement and the brain.
In her movement program, Christine Höchtl combines the basics of the Feldenkrais Method®, ideas from the movement studies of the dancer, choreographer and movement teacher Amos Hetz and the 9 principles of moving and learning, based on Neuromovement® by Anat Baniel.
There are two one and a half hour units on the program per day. The simple and playful exercises promote mobility, strength and liveliness in equal measure. They can also be easily integrated into your own everyday life.
Learn from the expert
Christine Höchtl lives in Vienna and works as a Feldenkrais® teacher with her own practice. She is a trained sports teacher, therapeutic masseuse and has taught at the University of Physiotherapy in Vienna for many years.
