The terrain of the Turracher Höhe (1,763 m) is perfect for running and Nordic walking. Go through forests and across alpine meadows. There’s a choice of different route variations. Repeated high-altitude training also has an exceedingly positive effect. The body receives a better oxygen supply and the burning of sugar and fat improves.
