Dynamic movements in the style of Vinyasa Yoga, calm Yin Yoga sequences, breathing, and concentration exercises are part of the program. We turn our gaze inward, learn to align our minds, practice mindfulness, and non-judgmental perception, always focusing our attention on the present.

During the sessions, we practice a free style of Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, and QiGong, bringing the body into tension and stretching, into calmness and lightness. During Zazen, we enter the conscious silence of Zen meditation and focus on a simple, traditional method to clarify the mind.
