A selection of Hochschober specialities are available for you to take home with you as a souvenir of the Austrian cuisine tasted during your stay. All these products are either homemade by us or come from local suppliers, many of them farmers.
Meats and sausages – like cured meats, salami and stag salami
Dairy – like Glundner cheese, cream cheese, yoghurt and goat's cheese
Jams, jellies and honey – a variety of homemade jams, rosehip jam, honey nuts and honeycomb
Speciality bread – our house bread baked at the Hochschober, nut bread, fruit bread; Kamut, Amaranth and spelt bread
Various other specialities – ranging from Carpathian mountain salt and fig mustard to coconut macaroons and Grantnschnaps cranberry schnapps.
